It's been said that you are as smart as the average of the five people you spend the most time with. The same applies to your overall "wellness," so be intentional and spend time with people who inspire you to be a better "you."
Practice Gratitude by writing down or verbalizing two or three things you are thankful for and why.
Smile really big or even Laugh out loud for 20 seconds. It really works!
